Every Bronze-certified property undergoes an in-person inspection by a trained Canopy inspector to verify essential accessibility and safety features. We ensure step-free or ramped entries, wide doorways for mobility aids, load-tested grab bars, ground-floor bedrooms, and functioning safety detectors. This tier is designed for independent travelers and families who want professionally verified basics.

Gold is the premier certification for travelers requiring active assistance or post-hospital recovery support. Each booking includes a dedicated Canopy Guest Coordinator to manage logistics, such as medical equipment and accessible airport transport. Properties must pass a 60-point Senior-Safe™ physical inspection and a caregiver-readiness assessment.
